The emotional intelligence (El) have ability to recognize, understand, manage, andinfluence one's own emotions and the emotions of others. lt involves skills such asempathy, self-awareness, social skills, and emotional regulation. High El helps in buildingstrong relationships, resolving conflicts, and naviaating social complexities. You must bea servant leader who disciple man to humanity and leadership development. But currentlyleaders are mainly focusing on profit rather than performance. Ultimately performanceincreases bring profit increases. Focus on short games, while losing the long game. lt'sfascinating how the idea of self-awareness serves as the foundation for broader growth .both personally and professionally. The concept of widening the gap between impulseand action resonates deeply, it’s a challenge, but also an opportunity for maturity. Therise of social media and interactions, dominated by technological communication Al(email, text messaging, social networks) has robbed many people of the ability to increasetheir emotional intelligence. There has always been a large percentage of people with lowEO, but that percentage is increasing in modern society rather than decreasing. Thereforecomplete influence of how capitalism, psychology and sociology have been mixed in apot of toxic soup that we’re all supposed to imbibe, where corporate and politicalleaders, too often use these tools to corrupt our thinking, perceptions, and behavior.
